RoboPAINT CONCENTRATE is a high-performance, proprietary paint formula engineered specifically for autonomous field marking robots. Designed to deliver unmatched performance and reliability, it can be diluted with up to 5 parts water, unlike standard field paints that can clog or damage robotic systems.

This USSC-manufactured formula ensures bright, durable, and professional-quality lines on every application. It has been proven effective by hundreds of soccer clubs, high schools, colleges, universities, and park recreation departments across the country.

When mixed onsite, the cost averages only $8 per gallon of ready-to-spray (RTS) paint, making it both cost-efficient and high quality. Each 2.5-gallon container can be thinned with 10 to 15 gallons of water, producing vibrant, long-lasting lines and logos that stand out on any athletic field.

RoboPaint Concentrate is formulated and manufactured by US Specialty Coatings at our production facility in Atlanta, GA. This bright, durable, water based coating is designed for all models of autonomous field marking robots and produces sharp athletic field lines without application issues. It is certified and approved by leading robot manufacturers.

This concentrated formula must be thinned before use. For flat metal spray nozzles, mix one part concentrate with four parts water. For conical spray nozzles, thin with four to five parts water. RoboPaint Concentrate will not harm, brown, or kill natural grass, and it is engineered to prevent clogging in robot filters and spray tips. Special additives help the paint move smoothly through pumps without placing strain on low pressure systems or batteries.

Using a concentrate reduces shipping costs, saves storage space, lowers plastic waste, and helps reduce your overall carbon footprint. RoboPaint Concentrate offers strong performance, high hiding power, reliable brightness, and excellent durability. It resists excessive settling during shipping and storage. CAUTION: Do not store concentrate in extreme heat. High temperatures, such as those inside metal field sheds during summer, can cause the concentrate to thicken and lose stability. Avoid storing, mixing, thinning, or spraying in extreme heat to maintain proper performance.
