RoboCHALK Concentrate

RoboChalk Concentrate is formulated and manufactured by US Specialty Coatings at our production facility in Atlanta, GA. It is available in bright white and multiple colors. This water based field chalk is designed for autonomous robots and produces temporary field lines without harming synthetic turf. It is certified by leading robot manufacturers and is engineered to flow smoothly through filters, spray tips, and low pressure pumping systems.

The formula includes additives that reduce clogging and prevent strain on pumps or batteries. To reduce shipping costs, storage needs, and plastic waste, RoboChalk is offered as a concentrate. Each jug contains 1.25 gallons of concentrate packaged in a 2.5 gallon container. Add 1.25 gallons of water, shake well, install the jug in the robot, and spray. For the best spray quality, we recommend thorough mixing before use.

RoboChalk provides strong brightness, high hiding power, and reliable performance. It does not settle excessively during shipping or storage. Do not store in extremely hot environments.

It has been used successfully in large volumes, but unusual conditions such as extreme heat or unique turf surface treatments may increase the chance of temporary staining. New customers should always test a small area first to confirm proper application and removal.
